We loved our stay at this exceptionally clean apartment in a perfect location. As people who enjoy karaoke and casinos, we were thrilled to find that the apartment had a karaoke machine and a casino-themed game room for us to enjoy. the host, Andrea, was very attentive and provided us with a list of recommended restaurants. the apartment had a fully equipped kitchen and even had sachets of balsamic vinegar and olive oil, coffee, and tea. the wifi connection was also excellent.

It has great location and rooms. Incredible location, near some of the must sees in Bologna, like a narrow street, based right next to the place. Plus, it's right next to downtown. Thank you for the REALLY AMAZING stay here, will be back.

The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the main attractions. The apartment itself was modern and stunningly furnished. The kitchen was fully equipped and even had a variety of knives and a large frying pan for cooking enthusiasts. The owner, Andrea, was a true gentleman, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. He even kept our bags safe after check-out and delivered them to us later. The apartment was quiet once the windows were closed, providing a peaceful oasis in the midst of city life. We cannot praise this property and the owner enough. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, just a few minutes walk from the famous landmarks. the apartment itself was sparkling clean and equipped with everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to fast and reliable wifi.

We had a fantastic time staying at Canonica Suites! The location couldn't have been better, just a stone's throw away from all the major attractions in the city. The highlight of our stay was when we missed our train and Andrea came all the way to open the door for us late at night. We felt so taken care of! Views of the City: From our air-conditioned apartment, we couldn't help but be mesmerized by the breathtaking views of Bologna. It was like having a front-row seat to a constantly changing painting that showcased the vibrant colors and architectural wonders of the city. It made waking up every morning feel like stepping into a postcard.

No Elevator: Minor inconvenience, lack of elevator.

I couldn't find any faults with this property. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness of the apartment to the helpfulness of the host.
